1. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment for guided hikes is due upon arrival before the hike begins.

We accept cash and card payments via a handheld terminal.

We do not store or process payment details, as all transactions occur directly at the time of the tour.

2. ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Alterations

The hike program may be altered due to unforeseeable circumstances and force majeure events, such as – but not limited to – natural catastrophes, severe or unfavorable weather conditions, as assessed by the guide, social unrest, strikes, government actions, road closures, accidents, technical defects, or other hazardous situations. We will do our best to offer an alternative arrangement or solution in such cases.

Once the hike has started (defined as meeting the guide and making payment), any changes, early turnarounds, or returns are considered an alteration, not a cancellation.

Modifications to the hike program, whether before or during the hike, do not entitle You to any form of compensation.

Prior to the start of the hike – defined as You meeting the guide and making the required payment – We reserve the right to cancel the hike in cases of:

  • Unforeseeable circumstances and force majeure events.

  • Safety concerns due to weather conditions.

  • Capacity limitations.

If We cancel the hike, You will have the option to reschedule, if possible.

If the guide determines that You are unable to safely complete the hike, We reserve the right to turn You around for safety reasons.

Each hike has a minimum age requirement listed on the website. Participants who do not meet the requirement may not be allowed to join the hike.
